Rich, aromatic, and steeped in tradition, Nocino is a dark walnut liqueur originating from Northern Italy. Our process begins just before Christmas, when we hand-pick green walnuts from the two old trees on our farm. The fruit is harvested before the nut begins to harden, then steeped in grape spirit for three months, extracting bold, bitter flavours before being gently sweetened and bottled. Bright with spice, earthy undertones, and the freshness of young wood. Perfect for slow sipping or adding depth to dessert cocktails.
