Grechetto, a grape native to central Italy’s Umbria region, is known for its small, dense clusters and thick skins that preserve vibrant acidity in our mild climate. This uncommon Italian variety yields a full-bodied wine with a bright straw-yellow colour. The 2023 vintage benefited from a gentle summer, allowing the grapes to ripen fully with balanced acidity and excellent health. Carefully hand-harvested, whole bunch pressed, and naturally fermented without additives, the wine matured on lees for six months before bottling with minimal sulphites, showcasing its pure and expressive character.
