Traditional Method Sparkling wine made with estate-grown Grechetto grapes, undergoing a secondary fermentation in bottle.

A cuvee of two vintages, 2023 and 2024. This sparkling wine has a beautiful balance between freshness and flavour. Both vintages were fermented in 4-5 year old ex-use chardonnay barrels. The grapes are picked early, to retain freshness and acidity. 750ml
